Cancer survivors and patients lack coordinated long-term support

BBeyond treatment, cancer patients and survivors often face fragmented follow-up, mental health gaps, and weak reintegration support. The EU Cancer Mission explicitly targets support for those affected and their families, not just cure. Coordinated survivorship care is needed to help people live longer and better.
