Air quality monitoring is too sparse to protect people from pollution exposure

GGround sensors and satellites do not yet give communities fine-grained, timely air quality information as pollution and climate change worsen. NASA's challenge seeks new approaches to monitor and forecast air quality at scale. Better monitoring helps people avoid harmful exposure and supports public health decisions.
