Indigenous nations need ethical AI and culturally aligned digital tools

IIndigenous nations need tools that promote sovereignty, including the ethical use of AI and data technologies, culturally aligned digital infrastructure, and access to economic opportunity. Generic technology often ignores self-determination and cultural context. Purpose-built, ethical tools are needed to protect Indigenous data and rights.
