Communities are not prepared for escalating climate risks

MMany regions and communities lack the tools to understand their climate risks and plan for floods, heat, drought, and other hazards. The EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change aims to guide at least 150 communities through risk assessment, preparation pathways, and innovative solutions by 2030. Poor preparation leaves people and economies dangerously exposed.
