Up to 3.6 billion people live in under-resourced, highly vulnerable contexts where distributed renewable energy and adaptation measures are barely deployed due to cost and design gaps. Community-scale solar, ecosystem restoration, and cooling solutions remain out of reach. Rapid, affordable deployment is needed to protect these communities.
